Coventry South to Whitley
Project overview: to replace the following existing fluid filled cable circuits with new circuits as detailed: 2nr x 132kV XLPE Cable Circuits between Coventry South & Whitley Substation – approximate route 5.8km
Scope of works:
Carry out the excavation of trenches, installation of ducts and backfill to final reinstatement specification
Removal and disposal of surplus excavated materials off site.
Construction of Double Circuit Joint Bays x 11
Construction of link boxes x 22
Construction of fibre pits x 18
Pulling of sub ducts into fibre pits
